- Shipping: free above ₹5,000, otherwise ₹100. Tracking shared once dispatched.
- Payment: prepaid only — we don’t offer Cash on Delivery.
- Returns: because each piece is handmade for you, orders can’t be cancelled, returned or refunded once placed — that’s why you approve it first.
