Shipping & Delivery Policy
Every Dcor and More piece is handmade with care. Our shipping process is designed to ensure that you see and approve your product before it is dispatched.
Order Processing
Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, we begin preparing your product. Since our products are handmade, many pieces are created after the order is received.
Slight variations in colour, texture, knots, weaving, shape, or finish may occur. These small variations are a natural part of handmade products and make every piece unique.
Please note that certain products may not be readily available in stock and are made-to-order and in customised orders too. Such products may take approximately 10–12 working days to prepare before they are ready for dispatch.
Pre-Dispatch Product Approval
Before shipping your order, we share photos and/or videos of the finished product with you over WhatsApp.
Your order is dispatched only after you review and approve the shared photos/videos. This helps us ensure that you are satisfied with the product before it leaves our studio.
Please make sure your WhatsApp number is correct while placing the order. If we are unable to reach you or do not receive confirmation, dispatch may be delayed.
Shipping Timeline
After your approval, the product is carefully packed and shipped. Standard delivery usually takes 5–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location, courier availability, and delivery serviceability.
Delivery to remote areas, large-size products, custom products, or courier-dependent locations may take longer than usual.
Festive Season & High-Demand Delays
During festive seasons, sale periods, or times of high demand, product preparation and delivery may take slightly longer than the usual timeline.
As every product is handmade and quality checked before dispatch, we request your patience during such periods.
Shipping Updates
Once your order is dispatched, we will share the shipping or tracking details with you, wherever available.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, operational issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
Cash on Delivery
We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid through the available payment options on our website.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and pin code are correct while placing the order.
Dcor and More will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
Damaged Package at Delivery
If the outer package appears damaged, tampered with, or opened at the time of delivery, please take photos/videos before opening it and contact us immediately.
For any delivery-related concern, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order with your order details, clear photos, and an unboxing video.
