• Spot-clean gently with a damp cloth and mild soap.
• Do not machine wash, bleach or iron.
• Dry flat in the shade.
• Store somewhere dry, away from direct sunlight, so colours stay bright.

• Approval before dispatch: we share photos or a video of your piece on WhatsApp and ship only after you approve.
• Delivery: 5–7 working days after dispatch. Made-to-order pieces need about 10–12 working days to prepare.
• Shipping: free above ₹5,000, otherwise ₹100. Tracking shared once dispatched.
• Payment: prepaid only — we don’t offer Cash on Delivery.
• Returns: because each piece is handmade for you, orders can’t be cancelled, returned or refunded once placed — that’s why you approve it first.
• Damaged parcel? Share an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.
