Dcor and More is a small, home-grown handmade brand based in India, founded by Anshita Sethi Verma. We create macramé décor, crochet accessories, bags, and lifestyle pieces, handcrafted using eco-conscious materials such as macramé cords, crochet yarns, and jute.

Every product is made by hand in small batches, with no mass production, which means each piece carries its own individual charm.

Use of Our Website

You must be at least 18 years old, or using our website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order with us. Handmade Products & Natural Variation

Every Dcor and More product is handcrafted, and many pieces are made specially after an order is placed. Because of this, slight variations in colour, texture, knots, weaving, shape, size, or finish may occur from piece to piece.

These variations are a natural part of handmade work and should not be considered defects. Product images on our website are for reference only; the actual product may differ slightly due to the handmade process, lighting, and screen settings.

Product Information, Pricing & Availability

We make every effort to display our products, descriptions, and prices accurately, but we do not warrant that this information is always error-free. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

Many of our products are made-to-order or available in limited quantities, so availability may change at any time. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue a product, or refuse an order at our discretion.

Orders & Order Confirmation

Placing an order on our website is an offer to purchase a product, which we may accept or decline. An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully received.

As many of our products are handmade after an order is placed, we share photos and/or videos of the finished product with you over WhatsApp for your approval before dispatch, as explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or incorrect order or shipping information.

Payments

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid through the payment options available on our website, which are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

We do not store your complete card, UPI, or net banking details. This information is handled directly and securely by our payment gateway partners.

Cancellation, Return, Refund & Shipping

Because our products are handcrafted and often made specially for your order, we follow a no cancellation, no return, and no refund policy once an order is placed and approved, as detailed in our Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
