Every Dcor and More product is thoughtfully handmade with care, time, and attention to detail. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
No Cancellation, Return or Refund Policy
Since our products are handcrafted and many of them are made specially after an order is placed, we follow a no cancellation, no return, and no refund policy.
Once an order is placed, materials, time, and handwork are dedicated to creating that particular product. For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded after they are placed.
Product Approval Before Dispatch
To ensure customer satisfaction before dispatch, we share photos and/or videos of the finished product with you over WhatsApp.
Your order is shipped only after you review and approve the product. We request you to carefully check the shared photos/videos before giving confirmation.
Once the product is approved and shipped, Dcor and More will not be able to accept any request for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund.
Handmade Product Variation
Every item at Dcor and More is handmade, which means slight variations in colour, texture, weaving, knots, shape, size, or finish may naturally occur.
These small differences are a part of the beauty of handmade products and make every piece unique. They should not be considered defects.

Cash on Delivery
Please note that we do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid through the available online payment options on our website.
